Alexandra Abreu Loureiro is the Senior Member in charge of Brunswick in Portugal and in Portuguese-speaking countries. With over 20 years of experience in international journalism, public and governmental relations, she also has experience in strategic communication, in both public and private sectors.
She is also an expert in crisis situations, having worked as an advisor for several international clients in Portuguese-speaking territories. Alexandra Abreu Loureiro worked as a speaker in national television, where she was awarded with multiple prizes. She worked for the Portuguese Government as Head of Communication, as a Spokeswoman for the Ministry of National Defense and as a Special Advisor for the State Secretary of Foreign Affairs.
She received the Nacional Merit Award of National Defense, is a qualified Advisor for National Defense and owns a bachelor’s degree, with special mentions, at the European Business School in London. Alexandra is a guest speaker in leadership and crisis communication at NOVA School of Business and Economics in both MBA and Executive Programs.
